Silk Screen $35 (V) per color / location. $25 (V) per color / location for #11001, #11002, #16662, #00768, #00218, #020001.

Laser Engrave $40 (V) per logo / location.

Repeat Set-up Charge:

Silk Screen $35 (V) per color / location. $15 (V) per color / location for #11001, #11002, #16662, #00768, #00218, #020001.

Laser Engrave $40 (V) per logo / location.

Additional Imprint:

Silk Screen $0.10 (R) per color for #11001, #11002, #16662, #00768, #00218, #020001and $0.30 (R) FOR ALL OTHER LIGHTERS.

Engraving charge $0.50 (V).

Samples:

1. Random samples are billed at EQP. Return samples in 30 days for credit, except freight.
2. Speculative samples are billed at first column price and a proper set up fee will apply.

Acceptance Of Order:

1. All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery terms. If for any reasons we cannot meet the required delivery you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
2. All orders are subject to credit approval.
3. 5% over or under runs will consider the order complete. We will always strive to ship exact quantities whenever possible.

Artwork:

1. Camera ready art -- Flat, sharp, black & white line art on glossy paper.
2. Digital artwork -- We accept Illustrator EPS, TIFF, JPG or PSD files format in PC with minimum 300 dpi or greater. All text MUST be converted to curves.
3. If artwork needs to be touched up or manipulated, art charges will be incurred. These charges will be acknowledged before proceeding with the order (Normally $15.00 per hour).

Paper Proof:

All orders will be acknowledged by a faxed paper proof. The first 2 paper proofs are free of charge, a $10.00 surcharge will apply for each additional revision.

Change or Cancellation:

Any change or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to costs incurred to date and $50.00 (V) cancellation charge will be applied. Changes to a pruchase order must be signed off in writing.

Shipping:

1. All merchandise is shipped FOB La Puente, CA
2. Freight charge will be prepaid and invoiced unless otherwise requested.
3. Freight insurance will be charged on each shipment.
4. A drop ship surcharge of $6.25 (V) per location is applied for more than one shipping location.
5. Haz Mat charge $20.00 per case.

Returns:

1. Merchandise cannot be returned unless you obtained a Return Authorization #.
2. We must be notified within 10 days from receipt of shipment of any damaged or shortage of goods.

Terms:

1. Standard terms are Net 30 days from the shipping date on approved credit only.
2. We reserve the right to require a deposit or pre-payment in some instances.
3. Published prices are subject to change and terms can be discontinued without notice.
